We are looking for an Integration Lead to join us for our Mumbai office and be the technical lead for projects, taking care of integration of Zycus products.

Requirements:

- Lead a team of 3-5 team members who are responsible for design, configure, consult and integrate Zycus products with client's ERP Systems like SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle etc..

- Integration of Zycus products with ERP / Legacy System/ SAP and communicate with the internal team for the required customization.

- Work with upstream and downstream stakeholders to integrate and validate designs that meet customer expectations and SLA.

- Integration Landscape - Solution consultant and blueprint

- Involvement in Pre-sales process on integration perspective.

- Providing Techno-Functional support to team and clients for end to end integration implementation.

- Interact with a diverse group of customers, executives, managers, and SME.

- Critically evaluate information gathered, decompose high level information into details, abstract from low level information to a general understanding.

- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver artifacts as required.

- Debug problems with information systems using a variety of analytical skills, techniques, and resources.

- Provide training, technical support, and documentation of information systems to peers and end-users.

- Develop on Java Platform or middleware tools like Snaplogic or do scripting in JavaScript as per customer requirements.

- Depending upon the project need candidate should be ready to work in rotational shifts.

Skills we are looking at:

- 2-4 years experience in Java, J2EE and associated technologies.

- Hands on Experience on API development, Web services (RESTFUL AND SOAP) / flat files, etc (other integration techniques).

- Should be involved in requirements gathering.

- Ready to travel onsite.

- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operation.

- Good to have knowledge/experience on agile - scrum methodology.

- Substantial track record of successfully integrating large product with other systems / software.

- Should be highly analytical, algorithmic, logic driven.

- Should have experience in Implementation & Operation Support.

- Should have in-depth knowledge on technology and development processes.

- Ability to develop/solution with Middleware tools like Snaplogic/MuleSoft/BizTalk etc is an added advantage.

Leadership Abilities:

- Has proven ability to lead a team of 4-8 developers.

- Should be able to optimize & effectively manage resources and time of fellow team members.

- Should be able to identify, track and mitigate risks to the product.

- Should not hesitate to carry out healthy and constructive confrontation with team members, peers and managers for the benefit of the Product.
