- Strong hands-on designing and development skills in Java J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot & Cloud.

- Strong exposure to designing and developing REST API.

- Prior experience of working in highly transactional, fault-tolerant and data-driven systems.

- Ability to lead teams working on large technology initiatives - should be able to lead a team of 20+ developers working across different squads.

- Ability to identify areas of risk or potential problems and take action to mitigate them and work with less experienced staff to mitigate more complex issues.

- Collaboration across different chapters and chapter areas to bring out standard best practices & processes.

- Ability to apply different communication and leadership styles for different teams and geographies.

- Others : Awareness of cutting edge technology such as AI/ML, BlockChain, etc. is a plus.
