Adobe AEM Developer

Experience: 4 - 6 yrs

Location: Chennai

Position Description:

- An ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of working experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and developers must have deep understanding of front-end AEM site deployments, AEM Caching, Clustering and replication mechanisms and Capable of performing admin tasks and knowledge on authoring the pages 

- Expertise in AEM foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the AEM platform, the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix, a solid understanding of all AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc, and the AEM development and AEM deployment process

Skills Required:

- Good work experience AEM Java CMS frameworks including Apache Sling for content-centric application development and Apache Felix for OSGi bundle development

- Deep understanding of Generic Java technologies J2SE, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, JSTL and Tag libraries

- Expert-level working knowledge in spring, hibernate and Struts Experience in migrating 6.1 to 6.4

- Good knowledge in AEM installation and configuration in Windows as well as UNIX shell scripting

Experience Preferred:

- Has worked on and implemented at least one of the popular Search engines with AEM like Solr, Strong hand-on experience of Components OOTB, Templates, Taxonomy, metadata management, Forward and Reverse Replication, Workflows, Content Publishing and un-publishing, Tagging, Deployment Maven and Jenkins and Content migration/ planning
