Location : Bangalore.

Role : Big Data Engineer

Experience : 2-7 years experience

This position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Java and Big data based Products and components for the Big data science enabled platforms.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Responsible for development and maintenance of applications with technologies involving Enterprise Java and Distributed technologies.

- Experience in Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, Elastic Search, SQL, Kibana, Python, experience w/ machine learning and Analytics etc.

- Collaborate with QA team

- Assist in the design and implementation process for new products, research and create POC for possible solutions.

Required qualifications :

. Experience in Core Java, J2EE

- Experience in Big Data Ecosystems: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.

- Machine learning, Python.

- Experience in following Tools: Eclipse, Maven, Gradle, DB tools, Bitbucket/JIRA/Confluence.

- Understands software security practices including user authentication and authorization, data validation techniques.

- Familiar with Agile Methodologies - SCRUM
