Innovative Logic Lab - Java Developer - J2EE/MVC/Spring (3-6 yrs) (Innovative Logic Lab Pvt. Ltd.)

1. Develop and build extremely reliable, scalable and high performing web applications for our clients.

2. Review and understand business requirements ensuring that development tasks are completed within the timeline provided and that issues are fully tested with minimal defects.

3. Collaborate across the company and interact with our customers to define, design and showcase new concepts and solutions.

4. Collaborate with other developers to ensure that client needs are met at all times.

5 Work in a rapid and agile development process to enable increased speed to market against a backdrop of appropriate controls.

6. Implement good development and testing standards to ensure the quality of deliverables.

7. Experience in Web Application Development in Java, J2EE

8. Exposure to MVC frameworks - Spring, Play

9. Excellent understanding of OOPS concepts and PHP programing language.

10. Programming experience in relational platforms like MySQL. Non-relational platforms like DynamoDB/ MongoDB (no-sql) would be add on.

11. Knowledge of javascript, JQuery, HTML/CSS, XML.

12. Sound analytical skills. Good communication skills.
