Technical Business Systems Analyst Skills and Qualifications :

- Software Documentation, Software Development Process, Software Requirements, Analyzing Information, Teamwork, Software Maintenance, Written Communication, Promoting Process Improvement

- Strong BSA background with 6+ years of IT experience.

- Minimum 2 years- experience in Healthcare/Life science Domain.

- Experienced and in-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodologies: Waterfall, Agile-Scrum, and RUP. Experience .Net framework, APIs, Web-services and familiar with Java/Scala applications.

- Highly skilled in conducting GAP Analysis, SWOT Analysis, Feasibility Analysis, Cause& effect Analysis, Risk Analysis, and Impact Analysis.

- Expertise in Requirements Gathering Elicitation Techniques like Brainstorming Sessions, Joint Application Development (JAD), Interview Sessions, Workshops, Focus Group, Surveys, Questionnaires, Document Analysis, and Observations with Subject Matter Expert (SME's), Business users and Business Owners.

- Expertise in analyzing the Business Requirements and documenting them into artifacts like Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD) and System Requirement specification (SRS) and Requirements Traceability Matrix.

- Experienced in Documenting business rules and non-functional technical requirements like Data Integrity, Usability, Response times, Processing times etc.

- Exposure in CRM applications like MS Dynamics CRM, Salesforce etc.

- Extensive knowledge on SOA, Web services, Client and Server-Side Validations and knowledge on ETL process.

- Experience working in a Microservices based API Platform development team.

- Experience in capturing /documenting business requirements and interpreting them into functional and non-functional requirements.

- Well verse and adept with creating SDD (System Design Document)/FRD (Functional Requirement Document/ Business Requirements Document (BRD) & System Requirements Specification (SRS).

- Prior experience in software development is highly desired. Should have deep knowledge of APIs, Web-services, Micro-services, and Integration technologies.

- Experience with SFDC and CRM application stack is desired. The client is going through a migration from MS Dynamics CRM to Salesforce platform.

- Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation); ability to communicate complex ideas in clear, succinct terms to both functional and technical audiences.

- Facilitate workshops for requirements, data mapping and detailed designs

- Create and maintain flow diagrams for integrations and infrastructure topography.

- Strong ability for detailed planning regarding integration requirements, development, and functional testing at the task level

- Analyze API, WSDL and validate using SOAP UI

- Generate test data/messages/files as needed for sanity testing on integrations prior to Functional QA

- Understanding of the methodologies surrounding the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- A working knowledge understanding of web-based and middleware technologies (Java/J2EE).

- Experience in curating both Functional and Non-functional requirements.

- Understanding of integration concepts, patterns, and approaches.
