Production Support Engineer - Debugging & Troubleshooting (3-7 yrs) (Benchire)

Requirements : 

- A technical background (BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline/experience)

- 3 to 7 years of experience in the Production Support & Deployment process.

- Strong Unix / Linux & Windows based O/S experience.

- Should possess strong debugging / troubleshooting skills in production environments.

- Should have the capability to identify root cause during production issues.

- Ability to do scripting (Shell, Perl, Python, SQL, etc.)

- Should have worked on production deployments.

- Should have good knowledge of deployment automation.

- Familiarity with programming languages (Java, J2EE, MySQL)

- Understanding of current code, and enhancement of code.

- Should have experience in AWS, sqs queue, S3.

- Should be aware of code Deployment and version control/versioning

- Exp in the Financial domain, such as Credit Card, Banking and Financial Services is an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of support - tickets, monitoring, processes and metrics.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

- A passion for problem-solving.

- Strong decision-making ability.

- Must be able to think proactively; excellent follow-through and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of distributed applications/enterprise applications is plus.
