Java Backend Developer - Google Cloud Solutions (4-8 yrs) (PointExpert Solutions)

Technical/Functional Skills :

- Candidate needs to have in depth knowledge and experience using Google cloud solutions. The selected individual assists the application team in designing and implementing solutions that will follow the cloud strategy.

- 5+ years- experience in developing custom software using - Java/J2EE, Spring Integration Frameworks, Spring Boot, Spring(Core, Web MVC, Portlet MVC, AOP),Angular JS

- 5+ years- experience in building and configuring CICD pipeline using tools like Jenkins, bitbucket, Rundeck, Maven, Nexus and the artifact life cycle from Snapshots to Releases and Patch fixes.

- 5+ years- experience with Cloud services GCP

- 2+ years- experience working with deployment and orchestration technologies (such as Docker,Kubernetes).

- Must know about application server deployments in tomcat & IBM WebSphere and have working knowledge of webserver like apache http

- Must be proficient on cloud automation frameworks like Terraform

- Must be comfortable with Cloud based monitoring, alerts and event-management tools

- Experience with relational databases like Oracle, AWS Aurora, Google SQL etc

- Solid experience with Linux/UNIX systems and best practices for deploying applications to those stacks

- Nice to have setup/designed standard IT security practices such as Encryption, Certificates and Key management.

- Experience with Agile software development methodologies

- Supports QA, UAT, PROD & performance testing of all services
