Java Full Stack Developer/Technical Lead - Application Designing (9-12 yrs) (People Staffing Solutions)

Essential Duties :

- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.

- Write well designed, testable, efficient code.

- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.

- Prepare and produce releases of software components.

- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

- Already worked on Agile platform - Scrum Team - preferably used rally as the Scrum tool

- Know the SDLC and the release processes

- Should have been part of the development team

Potential candidate must have :

- Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms

- 8+ years of Experience.

- Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)

- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies and Tomcat as web server or others.

- Experience in Java, AngularJS, Spring Boot, JPA, Web Services (rest)

- Experience in Git, Bitbucket, TFS, Maven, Jenkins, DevOps workflow

- Experience in Spark, Kafka

- Experience in Azure or AWS cloud experience

- Knowledge of Big Data Architecture, Data Streaming, Networking fundamental

- Experience in the J2EE / Spring JDBC / Struts 1 / Servlets / JSP / Spring Framework

- Experience in Unix Shell Scripting is preferable

- Experience in the other code efficient tools like fotify & Sonar etc.

- Experience in the Health Care industry is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and authoring skills.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies

- Ability to work unsupervised and have passion for agile development.

- Desired key skills and knowledge of following technologies:

- Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms)

- Long-term thinker who is committed to excellence, teamwork, and the professional growth of their peers

- Interpersonal skills to include effective verbal and written communication with staff, key leaders and other departments.

Potential candidate could have :

- Work experience in Agile/Scrum Methodology

- Knowledge of SAFe

- Work experience in product engineering
