Manager - Identity & Access Management Domain (11-15 yrs) (Talks About People)

Key Responsibilities :

- Accelerate maturity progression for independent ownership and decision making

- Prepare/Mentor team for adoption of new IDAM Cyber Security Services/Tools - SailPoint and Okta

- Stakeholder engagement/focus and satisfaction 

- Work closely with customers and delivery team (architects and solution leads) to develop, test, and implement effective solutions to customers

- IDAM infrastructure and process challenges.

- Design/Establish policies/governance models to ensure consistent and high service performance delivery

- Evaluate stakeholder feedback to develop quality improvement processes

- Recommending better/efficient implementation techniques

- Foster a positive customer experience at every stage of the product development/support journey.

Role Description :

Identity and Access Management solution based on Oracle Identity Manager 11g/12c, Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, BPM) Oracle Service Bus, WebLogic server and Oracle database, SailPoint, Okta.

As part of the implementation team, person will be responsible for overall delivery, technical and functional decision making and play a crucial rule in the Program Management Team from a Product Owner standpoint.

Relevant Skills :

Must have :

- Experience in Identity & Access Management Domain

- Hands-on with Oracle Identity Manager 11g/12c and Oracle Access Manager 11g. OIM Plugin development and package deployments

- Exposure/Experience in cloud-based tools like SailPoint and Okta

- Experience with Java/J2EE(Struts, HTML, XML, JSP, JSF and XSLT) &Webservices development

Experience :

11-15 years of work experience, min 5 yrs in Identity & Access Management (IAM) Managed Services domain. Should have minimum 3-5 yrs. in mid-management
