Technical Lead - Filenet/System Administration (6-10 yrs) (Credence HR Solutions)

This person will provide technical leadership for document management services and partner with the project manager to:

- Lead the development of new compliant record retention solutions.

- Lead the multi-year conversion from Documentum to FileNet.

- Lead the multi-year onboarding of Image Services applications (Retail, Institutional, International, and others) to FileNet P8

- Lead the on-going support and maintenance of the suite of FileNet and Documentum products implemented at Vanguard. 

Qualifications :

- Technical leadership experience including enterprise wide technology initiatives

- Experience providing technical leadership for 3rd party products and custom web development

- Java/J2EE skills and relevant platform experience (Linux, Apache Web Server, Oracle, Windows)

- Ability to identify, manage and mitigate technical risks

- Strong communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation needed to lead the document management community of practice within IT

- Experience providing technical mentoring and coaching to project team members

- Strong troubleshooting skills

- Hands on experience with FileNet document management technologies also preferred including:

- Solid understanding of FileNet P8 5.2 Content Platform Engine and Case Analyzer products, including relevant APIs, installation and patching process, and system administration.

- Solid understanding of Content Navigator including installation and patching, desktop development and customizations.

- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyse and resolve various problems related to the FileNet system components
