Lead - Full Stack Development - Java/J2EE Technologies (4-16 yrs) (stealth mode)

- We are an early stage funded startup in the social commerce space in India. Social commerce is an exponentially growing sector, and is expected to be a $70B market in the next 10 years. We strongly believe the next billion-dollar startups in India will be from the social commerce domain.

- Our team consists of IIT alumni, who have held key positions at Meesho, Snapdeal, CredR (Founding team), Bluejack and have a rich startup and entrepreneurial experience. We are backed by former Co-founders and CEOs of Infosys. Our vision is to change how India shops, by bringing trust, reliability & familiarity of offline retail in Indian eCommerce.

Salary : Basic salary + Equity ( since we are early stage )

What we looking For :

- To meet a passionate techie to join hands with as a Tech head who has experience and knowledge across backend, frontend and mobile technologies with an obsessive desire to build great products.

- Should be a hands-on coder across full stack development.

- Build, lead & manage the entire tech team going forward.

- Interest in Consumer domain/Prior Experience with ecommerce will be preferable.

- From a top engineering college IIT/NIT/BITS/DCE/VJTI/Similar Reputed Inst.

- Ultimate Hacker - Knows his way around things & how to solve problems.

- Experience : 4- 16 years.

- Prior Startup experience/Start-up Keeda/Looking to Start is attractive.

Required Skills :

- Exceptional design and architectural skills; experience in building large scale distributed systems

- Experience in Scalable Systems - transactional systems (B2C)

- Expertise in Java/J2EE and multithreading

- Deep understanding of transactional and NoSQL DBs

- Deep understanding of Messaging systems - kafka

- Good experience on cloud infrastructure - AWS preferably

- Good to have: Data pipelines, ES
