As part of Ondot's NextGen team, you- ll be working on cutting edge technologies and game changing products. The NextGen team is responsible for building the next generation innovative products for both expanding and emerging markets.

Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate with microservices and cloud knowledge.

- Own end-to-end product features through development, unit testing, documentation, QA and deployment.

- Mentor and develop peers and juniors alike in various technical aspects. Be an exemplary Clean Coder.

- Evangelize the products and support customers and internal teams through adoption.

Qualifications:

- A minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences from a reputed university.

- A minimum of 8 years- experience in developing large scale applications, preferably in a Cloud environment on Linux platform.

- A driven self-starter comfortable working with globally distributed teams and comfortable working in a fast-paced iterative (aka Scrum) environment of a start-up. .

- Solid experience developing and documenting REST APIs with high throughput.

- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JS libraries (like Angular, Ember, React, JQuery), single-page applications.

- Strong experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies.

- Strong analytical skills and high ownership Prior experience with a start-up is preferred.

- Experience in mobile app development using iOS and Android is preferred.

- Experience in Banking and Card payment is preferred.
