Senior Design Engineer Specialist - Java/J2EE/Incident Management (10-18 yrs) (EOS Consulting)

Our Client is looking for Senior Design Engineer Specialist who has good experience in following areas :

- Fault Management

- Incident Management

- Service Management

- Change Management

- Should be able to define and implement the roadmap for Transformation of US and Enterprise Network Monitoring instances.

- Have done Designing & development in Core Java/J2EE/ JSP

- Should be able to Manage, Engineer, Architect, Develop and Maintain applications in Network Management, OSS and FCAPS space.

- Skilled in life cycle management of OSS tools/solutions including requirements analysis, platform selection, technical architecture design, application design & development, testing and deployment.

- Expertise knowledge on vendor tools ServiceNow, EMC SMARTS, OpenNMS, Splunk, HPNA etc

- Automation of change, deployment, application checkouts and associated tooling.

- Knowledge in monitoring of IP MPLS, Ethernet, Multicast and Voice Networks via various industry standard protocols like snmp, netflow and syslog.

- Knowledge in Telecom Industry's OSS Standards, eTOM, MTOSI and evolving SDN standards

- Seasoned in project management activities - Project scoping, resource planning, scheduling and tracking.

- Experience across telecom domain and technology landscape.

- Knowledge to deliver in Agile Methodologies.

- Drive strong engineering practices in the team

- Ability to debug complex issues and provide the right solution
