Engineering Manager - Java/J2EE Technologies (8-13 yrs) (Antal International)

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE technologies

- 2+ years of project management experience in customer facing role

- Strong Data structures, algorithm skill & design skills

- Excellent communication skills

Technical Skills :

- Core Java (Collection, multi-threading, design patterns)

- Frameworks - Hibernate, Spring, REST Jersey

- Front end technologies - Java Script, jQuery, Angular JS

- Database - SQL & NoSQL

- Modelling - UML & ERD

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing 10+ people engineering team

- Managing technical delivery and managing customer end to end

- Code & design review for critical changes in the system

- Troubleshoot critical issues and guide team as well

- Responsible for customer satisfaction and growth of the accounts

- Ability to hire, develop and retain high performers
