Software Developer - Java/J2EE Programming (4-8 yrs) (Mindsoft India)

- Engineering degree with 4 to 8 years of experience in Telecom application development using Java/ J2EE technologies.

- Strong in Java, Spring/ Spring Boot, Linux

- Experience in designing and developing REST based services / MicroService development

- At least 2+ years of experience in Telecom IT (OSS Inventory Management, Service Order Management) is mandatory

- Exposure to Blue Planet Inventory Management, Service Order Management

- Exposure to AWS, CI/CD, Devops

- Experience with delivering projects in an agile environment using SCRUM/XP methodologies.

- Candidate should have strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities :

- Design/develop Restful Services on top of Blue Planet products, product configuration, data analysis, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

- Drive complex technical projects from planning through execution

- Provide leadership and mentor engineers in an innovative and fast paced environment

- Successfully handle the daily challenges of the technical environment and guide the team in resolving technical issues

- Perform code review and manage technical debt

- Handling release deployments and production issues

- Encourage and identify automation opportunities and implement CI/CD pipeline
