Job Description :
- As a technical lead for delivering java-J2ee projects, the candidate should demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Java technologies. Experience in designing, delivering and supporting J2ee based web applications.
- Ability to lead a team of up to 10 members and motivate towards delivering to commitments.
Skills Needed and the Responsibilities include :
- Should have at least 2 years of experience in leading team of technical developers
- Should have hands on development experience in SpringBoot, HIberante, Agular tech stack or JSP, Servlets tech stack for minimum 3 years.
- Having hands on technical development in the current role is an added advantage
- Should be proficient in carrying out requirement analysis and estimation methodologies
- Experience in developing high-quality, detailed designs for the requirements.
- Ability to provide high level technical solution for given requirements
- Experience in DB design and applying industry best standards
- Conducting unit testing using automated unit test frameworks.
- Ability to identify risks and conducting mitigation action planning.
- Exposure and experience in the configuration and source code version management tools
- Exposure and experience in developing web services using SOAP and REST frameworks
- Exposure to Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback.
- Should possess good analytical capability.
