Job Description :

- Knowledge of Java, J2EE, Node.JS and MEAN framework/platforms is a huge plus. Strong knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies and associated tool (JIRA, Confluence etc) desired.

- Define, develop and track Project and Release Plans

- Manage and Drive Engineering plans, execution and workflows

- Creates transparency through Team and Management Reports

- Create and maintain project dashboards using JIRA, Confluence and industry standard Tools

- Manage and track internal team dependencies as well as external dependencies

- Proactively manage impediments and use expertise and leadership to affect results

- Proactively manage issues, risks and escalations

- Initiate, lead and participate to continuous improvements

- Process/Tools development and standardization

- Act as a Liaison for project information and dependencies

- Provide process guidance and informal mentoring to team members
