IBM BPM/BAW Developer - Java/J2EE (6-10 yrs) (Quess IT Staffing)

- Min 7+ yrs of developer work experience in IBM BPM/BAW products and IBM FileNet is an added advantage.

- Excellent knowledge on Business Process Management latest Library, Business Process Model & Notations and Workflow patterns.

- Strong experience in Java (J2SE,J2EE), IBM Websphere, XML, XSL and related technologies

- Hands-on experience in WAS & BAW administration and upgration.

- Experience in Content migrating/archival & retention management in IBM BAW / FileNet.

- Experience in Java and proven ability to use programming and scripting languages.

- Strong Analytic Skills with Proficiency in debugging and Problem Solving.

- Strong in RDBMS concepts; PL/SQL knowledge, ORM - Awareness and basic Linux/UNIX.

- Hands-on experience on Eclipse, Maven, BitBucket/GIT, Test Automation and JIRA.

- Preference for Cloud, SpringBoot, CI experience.

- Should be able to translate high level design to detail technical design and implementation.

- Code Reviews - PMD, JUNIT, Performance, Memory Management.

- Exposure to web services (WSDL or WADL), concepts and implementation.

- REST / Swagger / Open API

- Messaging (JMS / Kafka)
