REDSHIFT INNOVATIONS - IBM Sterling Developer - Java/J2EE Technologies (3-8 yrs) (REDSHIFT INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED)

Responsibilities :

- Review high level business requirements for Omnichannel solutions and implement them using Sterling OMS suite of products

- Analyze, troubleshoot and fix functional, deployment issues

- Build tools for automated testing and deployment of applications

- Develop custom changes in IBM Sterling OMS application

- GSupport UAT, QA and performance tests to meet functional and non-functional requirements

- Learn and champion new technologies and new versions of best-of-breed industry products to enhance customers- OMS implementations

- Mentor and train junior resources in Sterling OMS solution development

Requirements :

- B.E/B.Tech or any relevant Masters degree from reputed college.

- 3+ years of java development

- Strong experience in Java, J2EE technologies

- Hands on experience in IBM Sterling OMS implementation for at least 2 retail projects

- Hands on experience in IBM Sterling OMS deployment, development and troubleshooting

- Experience in setting up local / cloud based development environments

- Experience in mentoring a small team of 3-4 technical developers.
