Job Requirements :

- 3 plus years of experience in AEM with a total of 4 or more years of experience.

- Strong working knowledge of AEM/Digital Marketing Suite.

- Java, J2EE strong knowledge in Web-centric applications.

- Experience with the full lifecycle of an application from requirement gathering to deployment.

- Make changes to AEM site content, assets, and workflow.

- Designs and builds components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR).

- Diagnoses and solves technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization.

- Works in agile, rapid development and prototyping environment.

- Strong Java programming foundation and experience with OSGi bundles.

- Knowledge of workflows, Sling servlet, REST, JSON, Lucene indexing.

- Strong in Campaign Management and DAM.

- Exposure to Coral / Granite UI, Adobe UI customization is a must.

- Working Experience with Sightly / Sling models.

- Willingness to travel offshore and onshore.

- Strong knack and willingness for adapting the latest and greatest technologies to drive performance.

- Work collaboratively with other teams; QA, UX, etc.

- Exceptionally good at document and explaining core technical processes.

Leadership Responsibilities :

- Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and provide out of the box solution.

- Developing, deploying integrations specific to AEM/ CQ5 skill to meet business requirements.

- Ensuring the knowledge sharing with the team on needs and Complete ownership on the task assigned to the user.

- Use experience in AEM/Content Methodology for implementation projects.

- Should have knowledge of project building tools like Maven or Ant.

- Good verbal written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization.

- Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
