Software Developer - Java/J2EE Programming (5-9 yrs) (Career Shaper)

1. Gather and analyse system requirements and design solutions to that meets the specified requirements

2. Translate system requirements to clear development specifications for junior programmers

3. Take a product/project through the entire lifecycle of analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation and support

4. Implement all aspects of an application design - high performance design, coding, caching mechanisms, security, encryption, state management, error logging, debugging, scalability, code reviews, development environment configuration, and testing

5. Continue further enhancing knowledge and stay up to date with latest development concepts and standards

6. Acquire required technical skills and certifications

Skills & Experience :

1. At least 4 year of experience in development of web based applications in core Java, J2EE, Web services, MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, JEE technologies (Jdbc, Servlets, Java Server Pages, Xml, and MVC Pattern using Spring & Struts).
