Responsibilities

- Manage end to end delivery of requirements

- Collaborate with Vendor and Business teams to discuss/specify requirements, priorities, schedules, deviations.

- Facilitate convergence of functional and technical knowledge and build project team

- Liaise between IT Projects, L1, Development, QA and Product teams to coordinate day-to-day execution as per plan

- Support teams to resolve dependencies

- Manage project risks, highlight scope changes and other unplanned events

- Manage releases and ensure support to resolve testing issues for go-live and immediate post-go-live issues

- Manage escalations and work under tight deadlines

Experience

Minimum Experience: 5 Years

Technical Graduate

Salary: 5 Lacs to 6 Lacs

Skills and Competencies:

- Must have managed teams of size 5+ members

- Strong in written & oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

- Good knowledge in Banking domain (Loan origination AND Loan Management)

- Experience in Agile methodology

Technical Must have:

- Good knowledge of JavaScript- s, Java/J2EE

- Hands-on experience in SQL and No SQL, Good understanding of DBMS, Linux

- Strong implementation knowledge of Cloud-based Server and services

- Experience in WAR files and patch deployment at App and DB server deployments

- Proven knowledge of environment & release management with Version control

- Expertise in application support activities
