- 10+ Years of Overall Experience.
- Hands on experience on Java J2ee development is must.
- Should be good at building strong relationships with internal stake holders and should be a strong change leader.
- Technical team management skills to lead technology teams with varied technology and functional delivery.
- Should have managed diversified teams spread across multiple locations or regions and/or distributed workforce.
- Experience in API Integration.
- Should have working experience in Agile development environment. .
- Experience with preparing High Level design documents.
