TECHNICAL SKILLSET :
- 10+ years of architecture of enterprise applications experience
- 8+ years of object-oriented Java / J2EE development
- 8+ years of full SDLC experience (requirements gathering, architecture, development, QA, etc...)
- 5+ years of experience in leading releases / Sprints
- 4+ years of managing team of 10 or resources
- Experience with Spring (MVC, IOP/DI, REST, Security); Hibernate/Spring
- Experience with REST web services
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL concepts like Redis and Mongodb
- Understanding concepts of CDN; Content Management
- Must have worked on any one messaging solutions
- Knowledge of for micro service design and development experience
- Used Agile methodology
- Experience working on Unix, shell scripting; Build Systems
- Experience in performance optimisation is an added advantage
- Experience in E-commerce is a Plus
- Experience leading or working with cross geography teams.
Qualification :
- 10 plus years of experience in Software Development.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Cross functional expertise and hands-on experience as a developer and lead on complex java technology project.
- Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL & NoSQL technologies & frameworks.
- Experienced with Micro-service architecture, algorithms & Data Structures.
- Experience with software design and web programming.
- Ability to solve complex software system issues.
- Should have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Worked in start-up like environment with high levels of ownership and commitment.
Job Role :
- Primary role in leading software development teams and provide technical leadership and guidance.
- You will be actively involved during the entire technology development lifecycle. Responsibilities will include all aspects from design, coding review, coding, unit testing, end user feedback cycle changes and managing and scaling the system in production.
- Build a vibrant, positively motivated team having a high sense of urgency; set the bar high and provide necessary support by mentoring to lead and team members to achieve it.
