About the role :

We are looking for a rockstar Java Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. The role will include creating reusable, extensible, flexible, high-performing and cutting edge applications. This involves taking independent ownership of product features coupled with a high delivery velocity and stringent quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities :

1. Support the entire application lifecycle. (concept, design, test, release and support.)

2. Produce fully functional applications writing clean code.

3. Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions.

4. Write unit and API tests to identify malfunctions.

5. Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.

6. Liaise with the Product development team to plan new features.

7. Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards.

8. Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols.

9. Stay up-to-date with new technology trends.

Qualifications :

1. Experience developing web applications using J2EE

2. Experience in Spring Boot

3. Good knowledge of MicroServices and Design Patterns

4. Hands-on experience with Spring Cloud, Zuul and Eureka

5. Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA

6. Experience working with tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven

7. Expertise in developing enterprise-level web applications and RESTful APIs using MicroServices, with demonstrable production-scale experience

8. Working experience in Industry Standard protocols related API Security including OAuth is a must.

9. Demonstrate strong design and programming skills using JSON, Web Services, XML, XSLT, PL/SQL in Unix and Windows environments

10. Strong background working with Linux/UNIX environments

11. Strong Shell scripting experience

12. Working knowledge with Oracle, MySQL or MongoDB, Casandra databases

13. Passion to stay on top of the latest happenings in the tech world and an attitude to discuss and bring those into play

14. Strong agile/scrum development experience

15. Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams

16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

10 - 20 LPA DoE
