Job Description :
- Demonstrated leadership in working on product development and engineering projects building enterprise class products (preferably working with product organization)
- Strong understanding of software technologies used for service delivery e.g. Java, BI and DW technologies, ETL, SQL
- Very strong Java and microservices architecture and design experience
- Experience with Java 8, Spring framework & Hibernate
- Understanding of version control tools such as Git/GitHub
- Design patterns and domain driven designing
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience working with technology and business teams within an Agile/Scrum model
- Excellent people and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and listening skills
- Experience working with North American clients/projects
- Experience with solutions implementation and customization projects
Roles:
- Provide end-to-end leadership in the building and engineering of the solutions
- Work closely with the product team to understand requirements and lead the development of the solutions end to end.
- Manage the engineering team to design and develop the solution with highest quality
- Ensure that service delivery meets best-in-class standards - e.g. related to quality of architecture, code and testing
- Ensure that solutions delivery expectations are met or exceeded
- Manage multiple stakeholder relationship e.g. with Implementation team, Support team
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product architecture, quality, personnel and client dependencies
- Provide leadership and support in management of one or more client relationships
- Manage and groom team members
- Support organizational initiatives related to competency development, capability building, etc.
- Proactively learn healthcare standards, workflows and technologies
- Proactively stay abreast with new developments in Java technologies
- Be a hands-on technology professional to guide and mentor team members
