Job Description

- Defining product & technology strategy with clear road map for product .

- Maintaining knowledge of all features and services of product and recommend new features and enhancements to keep improving to accelerate business growth.

- Set priorities for new features / enhancements / backlogs with a balance of near-term deliverables and long-term goals.

- Effectively communicate product strategy and trade-offs to all business leaders and technology leaders.

- Be the product evangelist and partner closely with business, Design, Technology, QA and sales team to understand the requirements and deliver effective solution.

- Follow agile practices to deliver on scheduled releases for projects.

- Providing support to achieve all marketing strategies.

- Assisting business leads to review all financials of projects, analyze all key business metrics, perform market research & usability tests on all activities and provide status reports to management

Requirements:

- Engineering degree from Good Tier 1 institute & hands on experience in programming

- 8-12 yrs of experience in JAVA/J2EE, Open source technologies, complete tech stack

- Good experience in handling large Engineering & QA team of 15+ people

- Experience of working with start-up or e-Commerce or Self-initiated Tech Business background is a positive

- Understanding of business nuances and having a start-up and entrepreneur mind-set

- Ability to identify and integrate automation opportunities in business processes

- Experience in managing and implementing systems in-house

- Zeal to be updated with latest in technology and explore new avenues in technology
