Job Requirements :
- BE / BTech Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology OR Electronics and Communication;
- Experience in development and implementation of software solutions more than 8 - 15 years;
- Experience of team management (minimum 10 developers) more than 3 years;
- Background as software developer preferably in JAVA, J2EE, Spring / Microservices, PL/SQL, DB Oracle technology stack.
- Project management experience of software solutions implementation on a corporate level;
- Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as role models.
- Manages the development of the team by ensuring that project tasks are in line with each Innovator's career interests when possible.
- Inspires coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
- Manages the process of innovative change effectively.
- Remains at the forefront of emerging industry practices.
- Fluent English;
- Willingness to travel.
