Roles and Responsibilities :
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by department.
- Leads and participates in the development of enterprise-level information technology solutions by analyzing, coding, testing, and implementing new software and by modifying/enhancing existing software applications.
- Articulates design and resolves technical/design conflicts as they occur.
- Design intuitive look, the innovative feel of next-generation UI.
- Recommend processes, services, software, and other tools to support business objectives pertinent to user interfaces as well as infrastructure technologies.
- Ensure to understand needs as well as disparate technologies existing in use through engage platforms plus drive towards convergence.
- Coordinate with users and/or business analysts to determine requirements.
- Ensure that the application design complies with the enterprise's standard for technical, information application, and business architecture.
- Provide recommendations on architectural approach and higher-level design for projects.
- Research emerging trends in web-based development and UI technologies to stay current within the field.
Skills :
- Knowledge of XML, web services
- Strong understanding of web/application servers like Tomcat, Jboss, weblogic
- Experience in developing UI components using Java/J2EE Tech or HTML 5
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, jQuery, Java, Ruby on Rails, and SQL database development
