L1 Application Support Engineer - Java/J2EE/OOPS (1-3 yrs) (TechGyanam Technologies)

Job Requirements :

- Solid understanding of Object-oriented programming.

- Extensive Knowledge on Android App: Kotlin, Java, Android studio, Realm Database

- Database: Oracle, MSSQL DB

- iOS App: Swift, Realm Database, XCode

- Mobility Server: Java/J2EE, Hibernate, Web services, Eclipse, Tomcat

- BFSI and data handling understanding background

- Quick adaptability to new technologies

- ITIL processes, incident management, problem management, and change management.

- Follow ITIL processes

L1 Responsibilities :

- Being the first point of contact for any kind of incident/issue, service request, or support interaction required.

- Acknowledging & capturing the error/issue raised by the user.

- Performing initial sanity checks to ascertain the issue and try to resolve if feasible.

- Forwarding the requests and issues to L2 & L3 team as applicable.

- Managing the Service Requests and Incidents raised on the identified tool, classifying them in the right bucket and forwarding when applicable.

- Basic coordination with other teams whenever required.
