Role : Principal Software Engineers

Experience : 10 to 13 Yrs.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in Core Java, J2EE and Web technologies

- Should have been part of a product development team for most part of the career

- Ability to manage and mentor a technical team

- Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines

- Working proficiency in developmental toolsets

- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals both in person and virtually

- Ability to communicate effectively with and to influence team members and external groups

- Ability to present formal and informal presentations in various settings; one-on-one, small, and large groups, with peers, and senior management

- Strong software development skills using multi-threaded Java technologies and frameworks in a service-oriented architecture

- Working experience in servers like Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere etc.

- Working Proficiency in Databases - Relational and NoSQL

- Experience in designing and building RESTful Web Services

- Web development skills, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Angular, React, Vue JS)

- Strong knowledge of responsive web design and technologies

- Deeper understanding of security and performance in enterprise web and mobile products

- Client-side mobile technologies - PWA, Cordova, Weex, NativeScript etc. is a plus

- Experience in cloud services like AWS is desirable

- Experience in building microservices and Cloud Technology, Database (Oracle 11g or above), Linux, Apache

- Knowledge on QA processes

- Continuous integration experience (Jenkins / JIRA / Maven / Git)

- Test Driven Development (TDD) experience

- Experience in Agile development methodology is a plus
