Roles and Responsibilities::

- Actively participate from project inception through delivery and deployment phase.

- Assist in resolution of functional/technical issues during the project lifecycle.

- Develop prototype or "proof of concept" implementations of projects where the technical solution is unknown or unproven.

- Assist in resolving support issues.

- Assist in identifying and correcting software performance bottlenecks.

- Assist in regular progress and status updates to manager in authority.

- Assist in scoping of project deliverables, and creation of project-specific documentation such as functional specifications, technical specifications, etc.

- Work closely with quality assurance resources to create test plans and ensure that issues are properly assigned, fixed, and regressed

- Communicate daily regarding project status with appropriate team members

Job Qualification::

- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent from one of the top institutions

- 6+ years of experience in Software Industry, preferably in Product companies.

- Hands on experience with technologies like Java/J2EE, C, C++

- Hands on experience and extensive knowledge of technology frameworks and architectural &
design patterns.

- Strong understanding of all the layers of technology (UI/Web, middleware, data, integration etc.) and distributed platform architecture.

- Strong Knowledge on Hadoop or Bigdata is a added advantage.
