Position: Senior / Lead Software Engineer

- We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to produce and implement functional software solutions.

- In this role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision. You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills. You should also have hands-on experience in software development and agile methodologies.

- Your goal will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals

Job Description :

- Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle

- Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code

- Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting

- Review and debug code

- Perform validation and verification testing

- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products

- Document development phases and monitor systems

- Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies

Job Qualifications :

- Should be a B.Tech/B.E. or Post Grad in Computer Applications

- 2+ years of proven work experience as a Software Developer

- Extensive experience in software development, scripting, and project management

- Ability to develop software in Java/J2EE, other object-oriented programming languages

- Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) Web Services/REST skills

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX design

- Experience of having worked with Microservice architecture (Spring Boot)

- Experience developing web applications using at least one popular web technology ReactJS, NodeJS, Spring MVC would be an added advantage.

- In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)

- Experience in working with AWS or a similar cloud-based computing platform would be a plus.

- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

- A Team player and the ability to work independently.
