Senior Java Developer - J2EE/C++ (3-10 yrs) (Rekrut India Consulting)

As a JAVA developer you will play a key role in building high performing, scalable, enterprise grade application. You will manage JAVA application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing. A commitment to collaborative problem solving while maintaining excellent quality are essential for us.

- Design, build, and maintain efficient JAVA application

- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications

- Implement performance and quality modules

- Creation of high level designs

- Help maintain code quality

- Handling Analysis, Design and Implementation

- Testing

- Communication with client

- Support continuous improvement by investigating technologies and presenting these for architectural review

What you need :

- B.Tech/M.Tech

- 3+ years experience in JAVA

- Hands on experience in Core java, Swing/JavaFX, Multi Threading

- Knowledge on Web frameworks and database

- Need to have very strong analytical skills

- Strong knowledge in core Java (e.g.Applets, Swing, JDBC, Serialization I/O,Collections)

- Strong knowledge of Design Patterns and OOPs concepts

- Strong knowledge of J2EE (Servlets, JSP, XML, XSL,JMS, JMX, EJBHTML, SOAP, WebServices, Weblogic Server, Shell Scripting)

- Strong knowledge of multithreading

- Strong debugging skills on an IDE like JDEVELOPER or ECLIPSE

- Strong knowledge of an application server like Weblogic Server

- Working knowledge of C/C++

- Ability to understand complex code very quickly. Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technologies

- Having strong focus on customer satisfaction

- Must be able to multi-task and deal with changing priorities

- Excellent team player capable of working well in and across teams

- Excellent communications skills

- Good exposure needed with Agile/ Scrum methodology.
