Responsibilities :
- Lead a high performing engineering team for product roadmap development
- Design, build and deliver new features and products
- Understand the requirements and translate them into Technical specifications
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of design and code quality at all times, including but not limited to adherence to architectural, security and scalability standards
- Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them
- Mentor and guide the junior members in the team
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team
Skills :
- 6+ Years of experience in Java/J2EE using Spring.
- Excellent knowledge of Rest and Micro Services architecture
- Excellent knowledge of web-based, JEE, REST application development
- Strong understanding of HTML5 / VueJS/ ReactJS and Javascript
- Knowledge of J2EE & OO Design Patterns
- Proficiency in No-SQL.
- Knowledge of Elastic Search. Redis and MongoDB is a Plus.
- Knowledge of AWS is preferred
- Knowledge of distributed code repository management tools like GIT
- Exposure to Maven, CI/CD, and JIRA desirable
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in Agile development methodology like Scrum and Test Driven Development
- Excellent Communication and Inter-personal skills, both with business customers and with fellow IT professionals (Business Analysts, Project Managers and Developers).
- A delivery focused approach to work and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task
