Java Developer - J2EE/Struts/RESTful API (4-7 yrs) (EM Integra)

You'll be responsible for :

- Creating complex, enterprise-transforming applications on diverse, high energy teams

- Using the latest tools and techniques

- Hands-on coding, usually in a pair programming environment

- Working in highly collaborative teams and building quality code

- Working in lots of different domains and client environments

- Understanding the business domain deeply and working closely with business stakeholders

Responsibilities :

- Take the needs and challenges of a client and formulate the technical roadmap and technology solution that will support their business strategies and goals

- Provide technical leadership across all areas of the enterprise, to ensure the delivery of exceptional technical solutions

- Formulate and articulate the technical and political implication of real-world solutions

- Orchestrate the management of technology scope and risks

- Mentor on approach and execution of solutions, coach on technologies and establishing a team-wide comprehension of solution capabilities and direction

- Roll up your sleeves and code when necessary

- Ensure technical expectations of deliverables are met

- Creates and supports sales activities

Ideally, you should you have :

- Development and delivery experience with Java/J2EE/JSF/Primefaces/Hibernate/WebServcies/RESTful/JAXB technologies

- Hands-on experience in analysis, design, coding, and implementation of complex, custom-built applications

- Great OO skills, including strong design patterns knowledge

- Familiarity with relational databases, preferably MySQL

- Experience working with, or an interest in Agile Methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP) and Scrum

- Knowledge of software best practices, like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI)

- Desire to contribute to the wider technical community through collaboration, coaching, and mentoring of other team members
