Competencies Required :

- Experience in Enterprise Architecture and Design, and hands-on Technical skills (Ruby/Java, UI) with the ability to guide developers for the optimal solution around technical challenges.

- Should have experience on Backend languages Ruby/J2EE/Python

- Good to have experience with JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, ES6 and Twitter Bootstrap (for Full stack, else good to have). Experience on front-end MV- frameworks like AngularJS, Angular 2

- Experience on Web services protocols like REST, SOAP and experience in developing using HTTP

- Should have experience on Relational Database (SQL, PL/SQL) and NoSQL like Cassandra, Apache Ignite or Elasticsearch.

- Good to have experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform etc.)

- Excellent analytical skills applied in a practical environment. Well organized, disciplined approach to work with a high level of attention to detail

- Strong work ethics with a high level of self-motivation

- Experience in working on large cross-functional projects and product development. Strong ability to navigate across teams to resolve challenges.

Job Description :

- The candidate would be required to lead the development of key Product Functions of software products (Currently 6 products adding more ) aligned within finance, lending & accounting Platform for Investors, external clients.

- The candidate would be supported by a team of highly skilled experienced developers and expected to deliver as per the agreed-upon product roadmap.

- In this role you will be providing Technical Literacy, Analytical Assessment, Team Leadership, Communication, and Problem-solving abilities to develop highly available, real-time, event-driven solutions to continue the buildout of the lending Platform.

- This position will deal with both front-end as well as back-end development that includes Ruby on Rails/Java/Python, dynamic web app frameworks like ReactJs, Vue.js, and a host of "big data" technologies/frameworks like Apache Ignite, Cassandra, etc.

- Our development team ensures the system remains the premier industry solution by focusing on the client experience, accuracy, product coverage, seamless integration with front and back-office systems, and the ability to automate volume through exception-based processing.

- Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new and emerging technologies and vision of technology transformation developing a vision of their suitability and role as a new product within a platform & product landscape

- Ability to manage a strong diverse team of highly skilled engineers. Responsible for constant evaluation for up-skilling of talent and training needs of members.
