Job Profile :
- Domain competencies (Mandatory): Significant exposure to Corporate Banking is a must.
- Expertise on Letter of Credit, Bills and collection, Fund transfer, Corporate Loans and Limits modules.
- Understanding of swift messages, understanding of contract life cycle.
- Experience on Oracle's Corporate banking product will be Preferred.
- Experience in BFSI Domain is mandatory.
- Manage the entire project SDLC lifecycle, from concept to implementation.
- Special skills in Requirements Analysis, Impact analysis, IT Infrastructure Management, Deployments, Testing - UT / SIT / UAT, Implementation, Support
- Exp. in Team Management / Vendor Management - Mandatory
- Manage the Team, allocate tasks, monitor, review, resolve issues.
- Interact with internal and external agencies to arrive at optimal and timely deployment and resolve conflicts.
- Process compliance - Comply with all laid down processes, policies and regulatory audits with zero NCs.
- Ensure that impact on existing Production Systems is adequately analyzed and accounted.
- Guide Team for any Technology Inputs, Performance Improvement initiatives, Process streamlining Initiatives.
- Manage technical teams to carryout SIT and provide UAT support.
- Provide Guidance and Support on RDBMS, OS, Servers, Storage, Technology architectures,etc.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills - mandatory.
- Soft skills: Good verbal & written communication skills, Initiative, Controlled aggression in - Getting things done-, Quick Decision making capabilities, Leadership qualities.

Years of Exp: 8-12 years

1. OS:- Solaris, Linux
2. DB:- Oracle 12C and above
3. Middleware:- Weblogic - 11g and above
4. J2EE frameworks
