Job Description :
- Pega CSSA certified.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Pega BPM.
- Hands on Experience in Designing and Implementing Enterprise Class Rules, Pega BPM Flows, Activities, Reports and Correspondence, PRPC Case Management and various Pega Integrations
- Experience in using performance measurement tools like PAL, SMA, Alerts and PLA.
- Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch customer experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
- Strong in PEGA concepts and implementation experience with PEGA connectors, performance tuning, decision trees, listeners, UI design, Integration, Security Model etc.
Good to Have Skills (3-4 skills, pointwise) :
1. Demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.
2. Exposure to a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle. And experience in Agile Scrum methodology
3. Team member on a development team, Problem solver, Technical intrigue
4. Manages code migration from development through to production.
5. May manage one moderately complex project and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations.
6. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities as a team member or as an individual contributor.
7. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants or managers.
8. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
