3 Pillar Global - Technical Lead - Java/J2EE Frameworks (7-9 yrs) (3 Pillar Global)

Job Description :

- 3Pillar Global is hiring Java/J2EE Leads with strong hands-on experience.

- This role is for a Technical Lead who can understand functional, technical & architectural view and has the ability to translate it into low level technical design for the developers.

- The successful candidate will be expected to interact with technical architect and engineering manager on the program to achieve these goals.

- In addition, the expectation from the candidate will be mentor developers and contribute towards best practices and standards.

Technical competencies :

- Proven track record of Design, development and implementation of J2EE-based large volume, high availability enterprise applications

- Strong Core Java, micro-services and J2EE knowledge including multi-threaded application development.

- Experience with Struts/Spring and ORM technologies (Hibernate, JPA, and Toplink) are must.

- Experience with Web services (Soap/Rest)

- Good hands on experience with RDBMS like Oracle/ MySQL & have ability to write data structures, basic SQL Queries & knowledge of joins, Views, Group By, Having Clause etc.

- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills with ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Good at requirement analysis, Coding, design, implementation, testing, problem analysis and resolution, and technical documentation.

- Ability to handle one module independently. Uses best practices for the development and testing. Ability to Mentor others in coding techniques.

- Optimize code by leveraging features of operating system/lower layers of application Has the ability to create a design from scratch and modify existing designs

- Experience in customer-facing work with a proven track record or delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.

- Takes ownership for successful technical execution of the project

- Effectively uses the techniques in the Adaptive PLM to elicit required information

- Offers suggestions to client based on current knowledge of requirements and Identifies areas for quality improvements.
