Senior Node.js Developer - Solution Design & Architecture (3-8 yrs) (The HRism)

Skills you need in order to succeed in this role :

- Most Important: Integrity of character, diligent and driven

- Must Have : Node.js, SOAP/REST Web Services, GIT, Unit Testing, NPM

- Nice to Have : API Development Exposure, Security Design, DevOps, Image Processing, Java / J2EE / Node.js / Angular exposure

- Self Learner : You must be extremely hands-on and obsessive about delivering top of the line technology solutions

- Sense of Ownership : Do whatever it takes to meet development timelines while delivering code that we would all be proud of

- Expert at object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms and software engineering methodologies

- Expertise with web architecture, providing design and development recommendations and optimizing existing infrastructure

- Solid background in SQL Server and MySQL databases, Oracle experience is a plus

- Experience using source control and bug tracking systems and writing technical documentation

- Experience working in Agile project methodologies using feature branches in a continuous deployment environment

- Working knowledge of server configuration/deployment infrastructure

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills

- Ability to work on multiple projects, with complex and challenging software requirements

- A keen sense of the solution design and architecture

- Good communication skills, with an ability to express and understand complex technical concept

What you'll be doing :

- You will work on building portfolio of products that caters to businesses across verticals. These products are in the initial phases of development and are rapidly being rolled-out or improved with new features and fixes.

- Our software engineers are responsible for all aspects of development - from understanding requirements, writing stories, analyzing the technical approach to development, unit testing and fixes.

- You will be implementing new features, resolving bugs and enhancing the code quality and performance. You will be using best practices and design patterns to write maintainable and bug-free code that our end users love. You will leverage unit testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit,BDD, etc. in order to guarantee the quality of your code.

- Usage of Jenkins, JIRA & BitBucket will be part of your daily routine as you work within a mature DevOps organisation.

- You will mostly work independently and follow well-defined playbooks to accomplish your allocated tasks. You will have clear daily and weekly goals to achieve, while your manager will closely work with you to ensure your success and continuous career growth
