What you will be doing :

- As a Tech Lead you will be entrusted to spearhead projects and product development.

- You will create solutions using cutting edge technologies and best practices

- You will engage with other leaders and make technical decisions regarding the solution and it's business outcome.

- You will identify your audience and and explain a complex problem in layman's terms or with technical details accordingly.

- You will have a strong presence at ground level working on and overlooking programming, integration, and testing of software systems and associated devices.

- You will strategize optimum technical solution among all possible to solve the existing business problem statement.

- Conduct inhouse academies to upscale technical expertise within the team.

What we are looking for :

- 6-12 years of experience working with different architectures, tools & languages

- Experience with IOT, Blockchain and AI will be a big thumbs-up.

- Strong hands-on experience in one or more languages such as Core Java, Java EE, Golang, Javascript, Latest frameworks like ReactJs/NodeJs/AngularJs, Android, iOS, Python, Scala

- A balanced mix of technical and business skills,

- Readiness and capability of building an implementation from scratch to get a project off the ground and handover to development team

- Articulate technical challenges to consulting clients in an engaging manner

- An agile mindset. Experience or advocating concepts like Continuous development, TDD, Extreme programming.

- Good communication skills (technical/Non Technical)
