Job Description :
- The position is responsible for developing solutions as per the direction provided by other technical leaders.
- The E2 is responsible for designing solutions; solve complex business problems and then accountable to deliver the solution by either developing own or by directing a group of development members. To support development, the E - II would help the team take decisions designs and solutions and continuously make progress.
- E-II will be responsible for interacting with the team for mentoring a project at a given time period.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support in decision making on technology, designs, weighing the pros and cons of multiple options
- Driving migration of applications to newer or better software and taking ownership of enforcement on team
- Continous improvement of unit testing process to make sure verification done before delivering on the QA environment.
- Supporting initiatives to improve existing technology and tools used in the organization.
Technical Skills :
- Experience in CORE Java, OOPs, Enterprise Java (JEE), J2EE (Spring, Hibernate), XML, JDBC, Ant/Maven
- Experience in Cloud-based application development ( Like Amazon - S3, SQS, CouchDB, EC2, ELB, etc.)
- Strong understanding of database concepts, SQL
- Strong on Web Services ( Rest Services), UML design patterns
- Experience in one or more source code repository like SVN, GIT, TFS, etc.
