We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Back End Architect (JAVA Specialization) to oversee multiple projects at different life stages in the digital video space. You will have the chance to network with clients, vendors, and in-house personnel as well as well as have a team of developers reporting into you as per the requirement of the projects.

What you will do (Job Responsibilities) :

- Responsible for overseeing the entire Project Lifecycle including

- Understanding the Customer's Requirements along with the Project Team

- Solution Development

- Participating in the User Story Definition

- Overseeing PRDs

- Overseeing Development including setting up guidelines for Development.

- Handle Code Reviews, Supporting members of the team with mentoring, pairing, code reviewing and driving the adoption of best practices

- Report and fix performance issues during code or design reviews

- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to Coding standards.

- Build, develop, mentor and coach team members and help them in their technical growth

What you will need (Essential Skills & Qualifications) :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or an equivalent with at least 10years with expert understanding of JAVA development.

- Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities

- Excellent problem-solving, written and oral communication skills

Technical Skills include:

- Java

- Hibernate, Spring, REST

- ElasticSearch, APIGateway

- DB (MySQL, NoSQl)

- Microservices

- Java-8

- Spring Boot & Security.

Preferable Skills include :

- Queue: KafkaRabbitMq

- AWS

- Agile
