An overview of your job role :
- As an Associate, Technology, you will participate in development activities by offering Java, J2EE, JSP and Spring Framework expertise.
- You will be responsible for driving the adoption of technology best practices within the track/team. You would also get exposure to drive internal workshops and discussions, and manage clients.
You are expected to be more than good at the following skills :
- Java, J2EE, JSP and Spring Framework
- Software Development Life Cycle, Oracle, DataBase2, MYSQL
- Design patterns and frameworks
- Professional & interpersonal communication
- Understanding of Nonfunctional requirements performance/security etc.
- Ability to identify issues or risks in the assigned task and meet the requirements
- A detailed look at your job responsibilities
Requirement Analysis :
- Contribute to the meetings and sessions for analysing components of a solution
- With the given guidance and oversight, you will develop use cases and identify stories from business requirements
- Identify gaps in the requirements of any assigned task
Technical Design :
- Contribute to sessions and meetings to help translate technical requirements into design
- Analyze simple functionality and prepare a technical design document
Scoping :
- Distinguish between functional and non-functional requirements
- Break down requirements into smaller components
- Identify potential change requests while working on the assigned task
Effort Estimation :
- Conduct estimation for tasks assigned and get it reviewed
- Within given guidance, re-evaluate estimates required to complete their own work
Project Execution :
- With the given guidance you should be able to manage your own work
- Ensure completion of deliverables on the assigned track
- Apply Avizva approach, methodologies and tools
Project Tracking :
- With the given guidance you should be able to track own progress against the project plan
- Feedback progress/delays to track lead or project/program lead with an outline of the issue
