Java Developer - Spring/Hibernate (6-10 yrs) (Podium Systems Pvt Ltd)

Required Technologies: Java, JEE, Junit, Java Script, React JS, Spring Boot, SQL

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and cultivate a highly productive development team

- Provide technical leadership keeping performance and scalability in mind for multiple Scrum teams

- Participate in design, hands on coding and code reviews

- Follow best practices (Scrum, Refactoring, code standards, TDD)

- Collaborate with Product Management to clarify requirements and designs

- Prioritize work based on requirements and risk

- Unit test automation using Junit/ related frameworks

- 6 to 9 years of experience Java, J2EE software development experience

- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Web applications and backend services

- Experience with object-oriented design and analysis and complete software development lifecycle; experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, XP)

- Experience with test driven development (TDD), continuous integration

- Ability to author technical and application design and issue documents, conduct technical and application presentations to technical and non-technical staff

- Knowledge and/or experience with HR domain a plus
