Platform Developer/Lead - NMS/EMS (10-20 yrs) (Live Connections)

Job Description:

This position is responsible for Architecture, Design and Development of Fujitsu Virtuora Network Controller. Responsibilities include studying requirements, analysis, architecture, design, development and maintenance of multiple software components of Virtuora NC to meet customer requirements using cutting edge technologies.

Candidates for this job should have very strong architectural, analytical, programming skills and be capable of driving features end-to-end, technically lead the team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skill-sets:

- 12-18 years- experience in product development

- Architected NMS/EMS products for Tier-1 telecom operators

- Expert level knowledge of Java J2EE, Python

- Expertise in Micro-service application development

- Expertise in distributed horizontally scalable application development

- Expertise in OOAD, Design patterns, UML modelling

- Expertise in Kafka messaging system and Cassandra database

- Expertise in HA/Clustering solutions

- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Dockers

- Good to have working knowledge in Spring Boot Application development

- Expertise in communication protocols such as Netconf & TL1 and modelling tools such as Yang.

- Knowledge in Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK) Stack

- Expertise in REST API development

- Expertise with data modelling and database design

- Experience in identifying application performance bottlenecks and provide quick innovative solutions

- Expertise in OSGI Karaf bundle application development

- Knowledge of Software defined networks

- Understanding of application clustering frameworks

- Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, JIRA, Familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Has demonstrated technical leadership and led end-to-end feature development

- Has worked in a product organisation

- Good communication skills for regular interactions with internal and external teams

- Exposure to sound software engineering practices/Agile

- Team player
