Roles and Responsibilities:

The roles and responsibilities include:

- Analyse the requirement and prepare understanding document & impact document

- Estimations based on impact document

- Interact with client to understand requirement

- Co-ordinate with client and internal teams to deliver the projects

- Mentor the team technically to deliver the project

- Design, Develop & Unit test n-Tier applications

- Deliver project / product with minimal functionality deviations

- Develop and deliver complex solutions with high quality and meet appropriate timelines

- Perform code-reviews and set coding standards

- Learn new technologies if required and implement in the projects

Skills Required:

- 7-10 year experience on JAVA/J2EE projects.

- Good understanding of business requirements

- Should have experience in end to end delivery of the product.

- Candidate must have experience in handing small scale team

- Should have exposure to estimation and scheduling

- Should have minimum 4 years of experience working on Spring MVC & Spring Core.

- Should have worked on complex applications with performance considerations

- Candidate must have expertise in Core Java

- Should have worked on Servlet, JSP, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript and AJAX

- Should have worked on Hibernate.

- Should have worked in n-Tier applications

- Should have worked on MSSQL / Oracle and should have experience in optimizing the queries

- Candidate must have payment domain exposure.

- Good requirement understanding skills

- Good team player

- Good communication skills.

- Good Analytic skills and understanding of modular design.

- Should be proactive and innovative by attitude
