Job Responsibilities :
- Implement complex multi-enterprise supply chain management applications
- Collaborate with the customer to gather and define business requirements, business definitions including technical and solution footprint
- Deliver the best solutions to drive maximum value for customers on both application and technical front
- Analysing data, identifying process/systems issues, forming hypotheses and solution approaches
- Produce clear and accurate technical specification and solution design documentation
- Prioritize and delegate work among the integration team
- Managing a small integration team in the building, testing and implementation of technical solution
- Provide technical oversight to a team of technical consultants
- Developing and enhancing reports for prototyping and validating solutions
- Serve as the technical lead throughout the lifecycle of a project
- Serve as the primary client interface from a technical perspective
- Provide assistance in testing, running, and tuning forecasting and inventory models with customer data sets
- Training business users and client IT personnel
- Firefight technical issues and problems across projects
- Identify and effectively communicate risks to project leadership and management
- Provide timely status and progress reports to project leadership and management
Required Skills :
- 3-7 years of experience
- Experience working with database technologies and PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers.
- Good working knowledge of Java/Jee technology.
- Good to have an understanding of forecasting techniques and statistical planning
- Outstanding communication skills; able to communicate with all levels of an organization
- Ability to present strategic information, data, and results in a clear and understandable manner utilizing methods appropriate to various forums
- Good understanding of statistical models and mathematical techniques
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced, informal environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for delivering results is set high
- Ability to resolve complex problems
- Ability to manage customer expectations with regards to technical/functional issues
- Strong design, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Coordination with global Project Manager & Customers
- Excellent presentation, organization, and communication skills
- Open to travel at client locations.
